If a product is not right for you, you can contact Rowenova to arrange a return. Our general return policy allows eligible returns within 14 calendar days from receipt, including returns where the customer has changed their mind.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

For eligible online purchases, consumers in France generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of at least 14 days. The period and the way it is calculated are governed by applicable law.

You do not need to provide a reason to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. Certain products and circumstances may be subject to legal exceptions, which will apply where relevant.

How to Request a Return

For an ordinary order-related return, your order number or proof of purchase will help us identify the transaction. If the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please also describe the issue and provide photographs where appropriate.

A statutory withdrawal request does not depend on providing a reason or photographs. You may communicate your decision clearly through an applicable withdrawal method. Where a statutory online withdrawal function is required, it must be available through the relevant online interface.

Return Conditions

Please return the product with its included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

You may handle a product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. Where permitted by law, handling beyond what is necessary may affect the amount refundable.

Applicable statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from our voluntary return policy and remain unaffected.

Return Shipping and Fees

Returns are free of charge under our return policy. Rowenova does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Contact us before dispatching the parcel so that we can confirm the return arrangements. Please do not send a return to an unconfirmed address.

Refund Processing

After we receive the returned product, we aim to initiate the refund within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once the refund has been initiated, the payment provider or financial institution may require a further 7–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

The time needed for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. The 7–10 business day estimate refers to the posting of the refund after processing; it is not an additional processing period controlled by Rowenova.

We will notify you by email or telephone when the refund has been processed.

For statutory withdrawals, Rowenova will comply with the refund deadlines required by applicable French and European Union law. Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received or evidence that they have been sent back has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Our usual 1–2 business day processing target does not replace or extend any mandatory legal deadline.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or differs from what you ordered, contact us and explain the problem. Include your order number and photographs where useful.

We will review the information and explain the available next steps. Your statutory rights concerning conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund remain unaffected where applicable.
